Please give us contact info you check often. Here's why this matters: a memorial stone is engraved permanently, so when we send a proof for approval, we need to be able to reach you. We've found that messages sent from our store sometimes don't make it to customers, and that emails left at checkout occasionally go to an old or rarely-checked inbox.
