Refund policy

Return Window:

Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

 Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@umbrellawins.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

 Customer Responsibility:

The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 Refund Policy:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@umbrellawins.com.

 Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at our customer service address and send your item to our return address.

 Exceptions:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 Restocking Fee:

We do not charge a restocking fee.
