For the clearest engraving, please upload a sharp, well-lit photograph in which your pet’s face is clearly visible. Original, full-resolution images work best. Try to avoid blurry photographs, heavy shadows, screenshots, or images in which the pet appears very small.

If the background is distracting, we can usually remove it and focus the engraving on your pet.

Shipping and optional proof

Most memorials ship within two business days after the design is finalized.

We are happy to provide a digital proof before engraving when requested. Because engraving is permanent, proof requests pause production until we receive your approval. Please provide an email address that you check regularly and can receive replies at.
